Responsibilities

As a Product Manager for our Enterprise Software at ProWritingAid, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of our enterprise software strategy. You will work closely with the leadership team and our commercial director to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and deliver solutions that meet the growing needs of our enterprise and business customers.

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute the enterprise software strategy, including defining the product roadmap, identifying target customers, and conducting market research.
At first you will pioneer the space, building out a coherent and validated roadmap after which you will work with a cross-functional team, including design, engineering, and marketing, to deliver high-quality product that meets customer needs.
Conduct customer research to understand customer needs and pain points and translate them into a well-defined product strategy.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including idea backlog, user stories, and product specifications.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and support product launches.

Experience

What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with enterprise software products.
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality products on time and on budget.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Linear, Trello, or Asana.
A growth mindset: your potential is more important than your current experience.

Nice to have:

Experience working in a B2C SaaS business.
A love of writing and language in general.

Hours of work

40 hours/week. Please note that we are a fully-remote company so all applicants must be prepared to work independently from their own space. You can work from wherever (and whenever) you are happiest.
